Retractable canopy

Features | April 1, 2004 | By:

The Manor House Banquet and Conference Center in Mason, Ohio hosts frequent outdoor events. This freestanding retractable roof pavilion, designed by Queen City Awning, incorporates six independent telescoping fabric-covered sections that open and close to provide weather protection to the patio area.

Extending or retracting the canopy is a simple matter for staff. Using poles with hooks at one end, employees engage the leading moveable section of either side and pull the sections by hand to an open or closed position or any point in between.
