Heytex acquires BondCote Corp.

BondCote Corp., Pulaski, Va., has announced that the company is being acquired by Heytex. The name BondCote Corp. will remain and the company will now be part of the Heytex Group. BondCote will become Heytex Group’s North American headquarters for all products. No changes are foreseen in management, staff, customer interface or other functions.

Heytex is a supplier to the world market of coated and laminated textiles, with a comprehensive product portfolio for all indoor and outdoor applications in digital print. The company develops, produces and sells technical textiles, in applications including commercial and industrial tents, truck side curtains, dock shelters and flexible doors. Technological premium products include biogas membranes, architectural membranes, flexible container textiles and bellows fabrics.

The U.S.-based company BondCote specializes in coated and laminated textiles serving defense equipment, transportation, specialized industrial, commercial tent, and leisure and sports markets.
