Gale Pacific introduces Commercial HEAVY 430 shade fabric

Gale Pacific, a producer of high-performance industrial and commercial fabrics, introduced its newest, strongest and most durable architectural shade fabric, Commercial HEAVY 430.

Engineered specifically to withstand extreme weather conditions, Commercial Heavy 430’s biaxial stability and load-bearing strength creates optimum shape and tensioning endurance for large-scale structures.

Commercial HEAVY 430 was engineered specifically for architects, and with dimensional stability similar to that of woven PVC, it enables architects to design larger structures and double the area of unsupported spans with significantly simpler installation and less long-term tensioning maintenance.

Made from 100-percent HDPE (High-density polyethylene) monofilament using a patent-pending intertwining knit pattern, Commercial HEAVY 430 is well balanced throughout the fabric, which creates nearly a 1-to-1 warp and weft ratio, making it ideal for large scale commercial shade projects such as playgrounds, parking structures and outdoor recreation areas.

Commercial HEAVY 430 blocks up to 94 percent of ultraviolet radiation (UVR), is 100 percent lead and phthalate free, and is available in 13 designer colors. It is covered by an industry-leading 15-year full replacement warranty against UV degradation.
