Trade show to focus on worldwide energy consumption

The leading global trade fair for rolling shutters, doors/gates and sun protection systems will be placing special focus on one of the most pressing problems of our time: the rapidly rising levels of worldwide energy consumption. Studies have shown that installing one or more of these systems can lead to outstanding energy savings.

Energy efficiency also will be at the heart of a series of lectures for architects, which will take place on the morning of 11 and 13 February, with a trade forum on sun protection in the afternoon. Rolling shutters, sun protection devices and other related technologies can make a key contribution to reducing energy costs.

The show, titled “R+T 2009 focus on climate change,” will take place in Stuttgart, Germany from Feb. 10-14.
