Each year, Industrial Fabrics Association International’s (IFAI) Leadership Development Committee follows a detailed process outlined in our bylaws for electing board members. It is IFAI’s pleasure to announce the newly elected and re-elected individuals who were chosen to serve on the 2021 IFAI Board of Directors.
Newly Elected Directors
Jennifer Fennell, Polo Custom Products
Jennifer Fennell is Director of Procurement at Polo Custom Products in Topeka, KS. She was elected to her first three-year director term in October of 2020. This term will expire during IFAI’s 2023 Annual Meeting.
Tony Ehrbar, American Tent LLC
Tony Ehrbar is owner and CEO of American Tent LLC in Green Bay, WI. He was elected to his first three-year director term in October of 2020. This term will expire during IFAI’s 2023 Annual Meeting.

Keith Gardner, Dalco Nonwovens
Keith Gardner is business partner with Dalco Nonwovens in Conover, NC. He was first elected to a three-year director term in October of 2017 and subsequently, to his second three-year term this year. This term will expire during IFAI’s 2023 Annual Meeting.
William Morse, Ohio Awning and Manufacturing Company
William Morse is Vice President/Owner of Ohio Awning and Manufacturing Company in Cleveland, OH. He was elected to his first three-year director term in October of 2017 and to his second three-year term in October of this year. This term will expire during IFAI’s 2023 Annual Meeting.
