LED illuminating fabric

Kanvaslight^® by Guardtex is an illuminating fabric that can be used in applications like bimini tops, seating, awnings and sunshades. The UL-certified technology allows textile structures to be used as a broad lighting surface. The two-component system, a light injector and an illuminating fabric, is designed so that no electricity is flowing through the fabric. LED light passes through an optical coupler, which distributes the light to the optical fibers woven into the fabric, creating a powerful, diffused light. Available in different dimensions, it can be sewn onto any type of fabric.
