Eschenbach Zeltbau GmbH & Co. KG from Bad Königshofen looks back on 50 years of tent construction. It started when James T. Eschenbach founded the family business in 1972. At that time, the focus was on the sale and renting of simple marquees. Managing director Alexander Eschenbach has remained true to the classic marquee of the past. However, the product range offers much more today.

“The tent industry has evolved impressively over the last few decades. There are now multi-story tent systems with large glass elements. These are by no means reminiscent of the simple party tents of the past,” says Eschenbach, who has been running the family business since 2012.

Eschenbach Temporary Architecture stands for individuality, reliability and “Made in Germany”. The company offers tailor-made construction solutions of the highest quality, no matter how individual the customer’s wishes are. All production steps take place at the four locations (Bad Königshofen, Berlin, Leipzig, Chemnitz) in Germany. Eschenbach offers customized storage tents and industrial halls for the industrial sector, which are adapted to customer-specific needs. The product range in the event sector ranges from the elegant multi-light pagoda to the classic event tent and the two-story large event tent.

In the anniversary year, he is looking forward to many exciting projects. A highlight will be the European Championships 2022 in Munich. “The order situation is currently very good. Many customers want to catch up on their events. In addition, many companies increased their storage capacities and thus the demand for industrial halls is rising.”

Eschenbach sees the great strength of the company in the short decision-making processes, which allow the family-run company to act quickly on the market. He adds, “We have employees who have been with the company for over 35 years. Their professional experience contributes a large part to our success.” A. Eschenbach hopes for continued innovative power and sustainable growth in the future. In addition, Philipp Eschenbach is the third generation to work in the company. He should secure the successor of the family business.
