Uruguayan architect Roberto Santomauro has a new book out on tensile structures designed by his firm Sobresaliente Tensoestructuras. Based in Montevideo, Uruguay, the architect has designed many dynamic and expressive fabric structures in Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. The book is directed at students, architects, engineers and contractors who are interested in learning more about this technology. Includes introductory letters from Nicholas Goldsmith, Juan Monjo-Carrió and Bruce N. Wright.
