Construction giant Saint-Gobain has announced that its business unit dealing with technical reinforcing fibres and glass fibres, formerly known as Saint-Gobain Technical Fabrics, will change its name to Saint-Gobain Adfors. The new unit, whose name is based on the words “add” and “force,” encompasses Vetrotex (glass fibres for composites), Adfors Industrial Fabrics and Adfors Construction Products.
