Polyfab USA introduces FR Comshade™

Polyfab USA LLC announced that its newly redeveloped FR Comshade will be available from Polyfab distributors across the Americas. The premium shadecloth has passed California State Fire Marshal testing requirements Title 19, Section 1237.1; Original State, after 72 hours Leaching and after 100 hours Weathering, as well as long-term accelerated weathering.

The original FR Comshade, developed by Polyfab Australia 12 years ago, was the first HDPE shadecloth to meet California State Fire Marshal requirements. Due to mergers and acquisitions of the worldwide chemical industry, the original ingredients were discontinued. The new product features a “new generation” FR additive that is environmentally safe and less aggressive against the UV inhibitors.

FR Comshade comes with a 10-year UV Performance Warranty and is available in seven colors: Aquamarine, Cappuccino, Midnight Green, Porcelain, Sandstone, Silver and White. The product is 8.25 oz. per sq. yd, 150 inches wide and put up on 33 yard rolls.
