Workplace expert Jeff Butler has been named as the keynote speaker for the 2023 Advanced Textiles Expo. Butler will focus on managing and working with various generations in “Building an Effective Multigenerational Workforce.”

The Advanced Textiles Expo, formerly known as IFAI Expo, will be Nov. 1-3 in Orlando, Fla. Butler will kick off the show the morning of Nov. 1 immediately after the ATA annual meeting.

“The textile industry was one of the first industries where management theory was tested and a lot of the philosophies that came out of the early philosophy came out of the textile industry,” Butler said. “It’s fantastic to be talking to a classic industry that has been around for such a long time [and] has such an enormous role in society. I’m very excited to be there.”
