Miller Weldmaster acquires Sinclair welding line

Miller Weldmaster, Navarre, Ohio, has announced an expansion of its business with the acquisition of the Triad Wedge Welder, Spec Wedge Welder and Roof Welding Tool product line from Sinclair Equipment Co., Diamond Springs, Calif.

Sinclair has been a world leader in manufacturing portable, versatile welding equipment for the textile and roofing industries.

The acquisition will allow the company to service a greater range of equipment to fabricators within the industrial fabrics market, as well as expand into new markets. The establishment of a West Coast office and team in Diamond Springs will provide greater accessibility for Miller Weldmaster to serve existing and new customers in the western United States and Canada.
