Cleveland-based Ohio Awning and Manufacturing Co. is celebrating its 150th anniversary with a new space and plans for its first customer showroom. The company is leaving its home of 85 years—a 78,000-square-foot factory—for an even larger and more customer-conscious space. To help customers select among hundreds of awning options, the company opened a 4,500-square-foot showroom in July.
