Ronstan, an Australian based global player in sailboat hardware and architectural markets, made changes to its top-level management.
Scot West will take over from long-time managing director, Alistair Murray. Murray is stepping down after 19 years in the role and will take over as chairman.
West has been in charge of Ronstan’s USA operations for 11 years. He will be based at the Rhode Island, USA office.
Additionally, Graham Cunningham will retire as Ronstan’s Chairman in June after 13 years in the role. He will continue on the board as a non-executive director.
Timothy Melville, general manager of operations, joined the board of Ronstan in February, becoming operations director. Melville has been with the company for 22 years and as a director.
